Conservation and Preferred Consumption

Preferred Consumption: Serve the wine at about 7-8ºC.

Until February of the year following the vintage, although it can be tasted after that date.

Cata’s notes:

View

Very pale coat with a pinkish rim reminiscent of the color of makeup. Visual set of great vividness, with a lot of brightness and luminosity.

Smell

Nice and intense. Aroma of wild red fruits subtly combined with citrus notes. We also find floral and tropical aromas. Complex, delicate set, of great elegance and harmony.

Taste

Agile on the palate. With a soft entry, it is a fine and delicate wine that is well drunk. The combination of carbon dioxide, which nibbles happily on the tip of the tongue, and the acidity that gives us sensations of freshness, gives the wine a very marked character at the beginning of the mouth. Very clear citrus notes appear in the aftertaste.
